We’re proud to introduce our new Home Improvements Agency, created to provide a smooth, supportive, and reliable service for residents who need adaptations within their homes. This site provides comprehensive supporting information and links to further services to clients who wish to explore applying for a Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) and for those who wish to self fund home adaptations.

 

Our mission is simple: to help and support people live safely, independently, and comfortably within there home.
