For the past three years, Wayne has managed and developed a small specialist adaptations team at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council, strengthening service delivery and improving outcomes for residents.

With over 20 years’ experience in housing, adaptations, and specialist home improvement services, Wayne brings a strong blend of technical expertise and practical insight to every project. Holding an MSc in Property Development and an HND in Business and Finance, he combines professional qualification with hands-on experience managing complex adaptation programmes for vulnerable residents.

Known for his ability to troubleshoot technical challenges, interpret building issues, and spot potential problems early, he also brings a keen eye for design — ensuring every solution is both functional and visually considered. Wayne’s calm, solution-focused approach guides clients confidently through each stage of their adaptation, helping them create safer, more accessible, and comfortable homes with clarity and reassurance.
